In a video shared by TMZ, Margera is apparently annoyed with Boyd as she’s not permitting him to invest energy with their child Phoenix. Margera strolls over to Boyd, who is eating with Phoenix and tells her, “Phoenix has his own psyche. … Let him have his own brain!”

The 43-year-old trampled the floor and yelled, “Let him have his own psyche!” He then, at that point, tells Boyd, “For what reason do you make me sit tight for five f-ruler five days?” prior to pummeling the café’s front entryway and yelling, “F-lord f-k!”

Afterward, he explained that thinking about that the couple met at the Phoenix Theater, he thought it was a reasonable name for their child. Phoenix turned five in December 2022.

Boyd is thinking about petitioning for a controlling request against Margera to safeguard her and Phoenix.
