Chennai, Oct 14 (IANS) Father of the 20-year-old Sathyapriya, who was killed after a stalker pushed her before a moving train at St. Thomas Mount Railroad station in Chennai, died of a cardiovascular failure.

Manickam (56) died at a confidential emergency clinic in Chennai late on Thursday night. He was hospitalized after he imploded on finding out about the demise of his girl.

Early today, police captured Satheesh (23), who pushed Sathyapriya before a moving train on Thursday. He was fleeing subsequent to carrying out the appalling wrongdoing and however the spectators had attempted to grasp him, he had figured out how to get away.

The casualty’s mom is a head constable of police at Adambakkam police headquarters, Chennai.
