The body of a missing Texas teenaged kid was found early this week in a deteriorated state, specialists said.

Carlos Lugo, 14, was seen as lethally shot on Feb. 4, almost fourteen days after he was accounted for absent, as per an official statement from the Houston Police Division.

Carlos was most recently seen on Jan. 21 when his mom, Rosa, said she dropped him off at a companion’s home, ABC 13 reports.

The teen hadn’t been heard from since and was accounted for missing on Jan. 23.

On Feb. 4, officials found his body with numerous shot injuries and in a “condition of deterioration” in a field about a pretty far from the companion’s Tidwell Road home, as per specialists.

He was distinguished and articulated dead at the scene. As per police, a manslaughter examination concerning his demise is progressing.
