Justin Bieber and Kodak Dark are being indicted over a shooting that occurred after Justin’s show get-together during last year’s Super Bowl weekend.
Two men who say they were hit by shots are suing. The claim, which TMZ got a duplicate of, says that Mark Schaefer and Adam Rahman were shot and severely hurt in February 2022 external The Decent Person in L.A., and they fault Justin, Kodak, and the scene.

Gloria Allred is addressing individuals who say they were harmed. They are suing Kodak, Justin, The Pleasant Person, The Hwood Gathering, and Spin Gathering, as well as the City of Los Angeles, the City of West Hollywood, and Los Angeles Region.
