New Delhi, Oct 19 (IANS) In a quick in and out case, a man, in his 30s, was killed by a unidentified vehicle in South Delhi’s Jaunapur town, police said on Wednesday.

Police said that they were filtering CCTV cameras nearby to distinguish the vehicle and the blamed, who escaped from the spot after the occurrence.

“On October 18, at around 4,13 a.m., data was gotten with respect to a man, matured 30 to 35-years of age, lying on Jaunapur town market street following which a police group was dispatched for the spot,” said Chandan Chowdhary, the Representative Chief of Police (DCP), South region.

“A tattoo of ‘BEBY’ was composed on the right arm of the departed and a work participation card referencing name as ‘Pradip’ was tracked down in his pocket, yet nothing more could be laid out in regards to the departed, said the DCP.

“During introductory enquiry, it was uncovered from the location of crime that there were tire marks and the head of perished was squashed which is by all accounts a quick in and out case,” said a police official.

“Endeavors are being made to distinguish the departed. Appropriately, a FIR under area 279/304A of the Indian Corrective Code (IPC) has been enrolled at Fatehpur Beri police headquarters,” said the police official adding that further examination was under progress.
