Denim, she said, had “a radiance in his eye and a grin all over” that illuminated the room.

“He got to ride his most memorable bull on January 28th, and his fervor was obvious. Not even one of us can imagine how this first ride would cause his passing, and we are past crushed” – his sister composed.

“Our sweet 14-year-old kid lost his life during what was the most astonishing snapshot of his short life, and we are presently lost without him.”

On Sunday, the organization that put on the rodeo, Crossbeam K Rodeo Organization, LLC posted on Facebook that the organization was disheartened by the passing.
