He was born on June 26, 1992, in Saint-Quentin, Aisne, in the Nothern part of France. He started pursuing his professional basketball career in 2003 when he started playing for JSC St-Quentin Club before he moved to join the Saint Quentin BB club. In the year 2007, he joined Cholet Basket’s cadet categories training centre.
In 2010, together with the French National basketball team, he participated in the FIBA Europe under-18 championship.
In the tournament, he participated tremendously well for his team to end up in an applaudable position. He completed the tournament by being his team’s best scorer and rebounder.
