Simon Cowell is vouching for Harry Styles. Days earlier, Styles started a web frenzy when film appeared to show him spitting on his “Don’t Stress Sweetheart” co-star Chris Pine at the introduction of their film. Styles later joked about the alleged episode during a show at Madison Square Nursery, while Pine’s rep intensely denied it working.

“That doesn’t appear like Harry,” Cowell said on Thursday in an appearance on “Jimmy Kimmel Live”.

On Wednesday, Styles proceeded with his Madison Square Nursery residency in New York and kept an eye on the contention.

“I just popped quickly to Venice to spit on Chris Pine,” the 28-year-old performer joked preceding breaking out in an assault of laughing.

“This was the English type of “Got Ability” and the champion of that show will act before the magnificent family on a substitute show, called ‘The Regal Theatrical show,’” Cowell said. “Also, that night the Sovereign was there, so I came and fortunately got to meet her behind the stage. Indeed, it was surprising.”

Cowell inspected with a laugh, “She didn’t chat with me. She knew next to nothing about what my personality was, actually.”

“I was fairly like in wonder, since you’re resolved what to say — or what not to say, even more altogether — and not look and gibberish,” he said, getting guileless. “Nonetheless, it’s like, ‘My God, I’ve truly met the sovereign!’ And it was bewildering.”
