New Delhi, Sep 19 (IANS) In the most recent improvement in the abnormalities in the Waqf Board case including AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan, the Counter Debasement Agency (ACB) has given summons to five people to join the test.

A source said that two people from the Waqf Board and three finance managers have been gathered. “Their names have sprung up throughout examination. A dairy was recuperated in the strike which is urgent to the situation. We need to record the declarations of these five people to get an unmistakable picture,” the source said.

Amanatullah is now in ACB guardianship. The authorities are barbecuing him for quite a long time day to day to uncover the whole scheme.

The AAP MLA was captured in similar case on September 16 after the ACB’s numerous assaults brought about the recuperation of implicating material and proof.

It is claimed in the FIR that Khan while filling in as director of the Delhi Waqf Board illicitly enrolled 32 people, disregarding all standards and government rules and with charges of defilement and partiality. The then Chief of the Delhi Waqf Board had given an explanation and gave a notice against such unlawful enlistments.

It was claimed that as executive of the Delhi Waqf Board, Amanatullah Khan leased various properties of the Board wrongfully with charges of debasement and preference.

“He has supposedly abused the assets of Delhi Waqf Board containing awards in help from Delhi Government,” said Enemy of Debasement Branch boss Madhur Verma.

During the ACB’s strikes at four areas, Rs 24 lakh cash was recuperated and two unlawful and unlicensed weapons and cartridges and ammo were seized.
