Uber Driver Fatally Stabbed by Passenger in New Orleans, Suspect Allegedly Confessed to Attack

A financial expert at the New Orleans Police Division (NOPD) who worked her second occupation as a Uber driver was wounded to death by her traveler in New Orleans, as per the Jefferson Ward Sheriff’s Office (JPSO). The suspect has since been captured, authorities said.

Delegates answered the report of a wounding around 3 p.m. on Thursday prior to finding 54-year-old Yolanda Dillion in her vehicle in the parking area of the inn.

The sheriff said Jacobs recorded the horrifying assault and posted the video on his Facebook which has since been brought down after authorities worked with the web-based entertainment stage.

CNN revealed that New Orleans Police Director Shaun Ferguson said his specialty is “taking [Dillion’s killing] pretty hard.

“After working with Uber, the specialists had the option to recognize the suspect as 29-year-old Brandon Jacobs, who was subsequently arrested in the wake of being found remaining at the inn.
