Woman Arrested After Indiana University Student Stabbed in Apparent Anti-Asian Attack

A 18-year-old Indiana understudy was cut on a transport in an obvious enemy of Asian assault.

The understudy told police she was rising up to leave the Bloomington Travel transport around 5 p.m. on Jan. 11 when a traveler “started to strike her over and over in the head,” as per a Bloomington Police Division public statement. After the assault, another traveler followed the suspect off the transport and called the police, who later kept 56-year-old Billie R. Davis.
